Directions from I-70: Take Federal Blvd. exit (just west of I-25). Turn left (south) on Federal and drive to West 38th Avenue. Turn left (east) on West 38th Avenue and drive 3 blocks to the first light at Clay Street. Turn right (south) and drive 2 blocks to the corner of West 36th Avenue and Clay Street. Flagstone Garden Cottage is on the east side of the street, second house from the corner, set back from the street. Look for the lighted flagstone walkway!
Directions from I-25: Take Speer Northbound exit (exit 212-B). At first light, Zuni Street, turn right (north). Drive 9 blocks to West 36th Avenue. Turn left on West 36th Avenue. Drive 3 blocks to the corner of West 36th Avenue and Clay Street. Turn right (north) on Clay Street. Flagstone Garden Cottage is on the east side of Clay street, the second house from the corner, set back from the street. Look for the lighted flagstone walkway!
